Responsibilities:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the Ranch estates/buildings.
He/she must have excellent time management skills and be able to effectively work & lead in a team setting.
He/she must have complete knowledge for caring of fine furnishings, valuables, luxury items, specialty clothing/linens and artwork.
He/she must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor/appearance.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Responsible for daily cleaning, laundry services and dishwashing at all Ranch estates/buildings Responsible for all steaming/ironing of fine clothing Responsible for standard room configurations, inventories and checklists Responsible for the estate/household inventory counts Assist with scheduling housekeepers & outside vendor maintenance Assist with grocery shopping and dry cleaning as needed Assisting with any/all entertainment for special events and private dinners Assisting with vendors on property and deliveries Assist with upkeep on the immediate outside areas around estates/buildings Follow all procedures or any other assigned tasks/responsibilities by Management The Executive Housekeeper must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be a team player.
On occasion, work split shifts.
This position is Full-Time.
